About
I am a blogger and photographer, and I created The Botanical Blueprint as a calm, honest place for women who are tired of being asked to do wellness perfectly. I believe care can be both practical and prayerful: a nourishing meal, a short workout, an herbal ritual, a quiet room, and a few minutes with God can all be part of the same rooted life.
Here, I share the things I am exploring across the Roots: approachable movement and nutrition, natural home care, wellness conversations worth slowing down for, and the inner work of faith. There are no shame spirals or impossible checklists — just thoughtful tools, biblical perspective, and grace for the season you are in.
